Our favourite new boozer along the river is so cute it's almost twee. Sourcing only Slovenian products makes the cocktails that much more inventive (gin – yes, tonic – no), meat and cheese plates (€4 to €7) are worthy blotter, and should you want cigarettes, you must buy from a Kompas 'Duty-Free Shop', as they're not made in Slovenia.
